• In case you opt for Cancellation Protect during the purchase of digital badges on Yosync:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made up to 2 hours prior to purchase.
• No cancellations are entertained for requests post receiving the transaction id and details of the badges.
• Upon cancellation up to 2 hours, you will 100% refund of the price only in your source bank account within 7-10 working days.
• Refund will only be given for digital badge amount, any additional amount paid for Cancellation Protect, a convenience fee, will be non-refundable. Partial cancellation of an order will not be allowed.
• Benefits of any applied promo code on the purchase will be considered as redeemed/fulfilled if the purchase is cancelled by the customer
• Cancellation Protect charges are non-refundable even if the order isn’t cancelled
